Born in Medan October 12, 1977
Romi Emirat has graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2001. By the end of the same year, he joined this firm in which he has experienced many business transactions and commercial disputes. Romi is also familiar with telecommunication transactions as he had joined the CO-OP program of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. (TELKOM), the Indonesian leading telecommunication service, in 2001.
Through his experience in dealing with many cases, he has been enhanced with good command in General Corporate & Commercial Transaction, Maritime Law, Banking Law, Family Law, Tax Law, Capital Market Law, Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Islamic Banking Law, Government Procurement, Labour Law, etc.
Romi has been registered as a Plant Variety Protection Consultant at the Department of Agriculture of Republic of Indonesia since 2006. He has also recently passed the Bar Exam of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and will shortly be constituted as an Advocate.
