Born in Jakarta, 14 June 1966
As a Junior Partner of Ihza & Ihza Law Firm, Mr. Mohammad Gamal Resmanto firstly joined this firm in 2004. His focus area is on Banking Law (including Islamic Banking), Financial Transaction, Real Estate transaction, Maritime Law, Shipping Law, Capital Market, Corporate Law, and Project Finance (Toll Road).
He acquired his Bachelor Degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1991. Following his graduation, Mr. Gamal was trusted to be the Field Researcher for Center for Policies & International Studies (August-December 1991). Afterwards, he served as an Associate Lawyer at Lubis, Ganie, Surowidjojo Law Firm (1992-1995) and then joined Warens & Achyar Law Firm as a Senior lawyer (1996-2003). Presently, he is also appointed as a Senior Legal Consultant for the Liquidation Team of BHS Bank (1997-2002).
Mr. Gamal is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (IKADIN) South Jakarta, the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI), and the Inter Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
