Born in Jakarta November 13, 1979
Firmansyah joined the firm in 2002 soon after his graduation from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. He has a big interest in Corporate Law. Nevertheless, he has been involved in several litigation cases, whether before the Courts or Police Investigators, among others; General Dispute Settlement, Environmental Law, Labor Law, and Family Law.
For General Corporate, Firman has been involved in various Legal Due Diligence from sugar to palm tree plantation and also the Legal Due Diligence regarding the Utilization of Fund, Commercial Paper and Banking. He has also engaged in several contracts such as BOT of one of the leading property developers in Jakarta.
Firman has passed the Bar Exam of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and will shortly be constituted as an Advocate.
